Aman Shield
The Web Filter blocks unsafe websites by name. Shield is the deeper layer — it stops what name-only blocking misses. Malware in downloads. Phishing and scam pages hiding on otherwise-trusted sites. Ads and trackers that follow children around the web. Harmful videos on platforms you've allowed. Pop-ups, drive-by downloads, and apps that try to sneak past the filter. The protection travels with the device — same rules at school, at home, on cellular, in a café.
What it does
Protection follows the child off campus
When a student takes the school device home, Shield goes with them. Same blocks, same safeguards on home WiFi, mobile data, anywhere they connect. School policy doesn't stop at the school gate.
Sees what the Web Filter can't
If a website is allowed but a specific page on it isn't, Shield can block just that page. If an app tries to sneak past by going around the usual filtering, Shield still sees it. Closes the gaps that name-based blocking alone leaves open.
Two depths of inspection — your call
Light inspection looks at where the device is going and blocks unsafe destinations. Deep inspection looks inside the connection itself, so you can block specific pages and stop unsafe downloads before they reach the device. Switch between them when you need to, school-wide, any time.

Invisible to students
Once a device is enrolled, everything happens in the background. No login screen, no daily reconnection, no settings to manage. If a student tries to turn the protection off, it's logged and your safeguarding lead is notified.

Category filtering, SafeSearch, age-appropriate content rules, file scanning and AI behaviour detection all ride on Shield. Without it, those features can't exist.
